1. Final Sale Policy

• All sales on our hair bundles, closures, frontals, and wig units are final.

• We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products.

Please ensure that you read all product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase to confirm you are ordering the correct items.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders require 1-2 business days to process and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• Some items are ready to ship, while others may require customization. If your order needs customization, we will notify you with an estimated timeframe.

3. Payment Requirements

• All orders must be paid in full online prior to receiving a confirmation number.

• Tracking information will be provided within 48 hours after the order has shipped.

4. Fraud Prevention

• Any suspicious payments or fraudulent transactions will result in order cancellation. Customers with flagged transactions will no longer be eligible to make purchases on our site.
